Jiangyin Stainless Steel Material Factory Introduction

Founded in June 1987, Jiangyin Stainless Steel Material Factory is a professional manufacturer of stainless steel products. It is located in an important developed economic town in the regions to the south of the Yangzi River – Zhouzhuang Town. It is one of the earliest established stainless steel factories in Jiangyin area.

Production contains smelting, forging, casting and hot rolling of stainless steel, precision cold bars and section steels. Our company has established quality management system and passed TüV Quality Management System Certification according to ISO9001:2008 the standard requirements of quality management system.

The smelting and processing equipment in our factory is excellent. It is equipped with electroslag refining and other refining facilities, mechanical arm pneumatic hammer, continuous drawing machine, centerless grinder, centerless lathe, stripping machine, shot blasting machine, calendaring and straightening machine, large heat treatment equipment, pickler and other equipments are advanced equipment in China. It owns Swiss ARL direct-reading spectrometer, universal testing machine, Brinell sclerometer and other advanced testing equipments.

Our factory has strong technical force and owns many technical talents specializing in smelting, casting, forging, cold finishing and testing; products cover 300 to 400 series of stainless steels, dual phase steels, precipitation hardening steels, super stainless steels, free cutting steels, high temperature alloys as well as smelting, casting, forging and precision cold of low-alloy steels, among which the leading products have the features of ultra-low carbon, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and our leading products include upper canopies, bands, blades, buckets, hub bodies of and hydro turbines and other large-scale steel castings.

Steel ingots, castings, bars and cold finished steels are widely used in multiple industries like metallurgy, oil, chemical industry, aviation, machinery, papermaking, water and electricity and some other industries. Our company has won many customers both at home and abroad with high quality and low price, and our products have been sold to more than 200 customers in domestic market and exported to Japan, America, South Korea and many other countries in international market.
